#3: Service Port Number Update

Explanation:
This update
establishes three TCP service port numbers in /etc/services for later
use. This update does not affect the current normal operation of
the Phalanx.
4022/TCP: SSH will be moved to
this port in the future to facilitate NAT based access to SSH on a DMZ
host.
4023/TCP: The pkCIPE service will be moved to this port in the
future to facilitate dynamic IP based VPNs with CIPE.
4443/TCP: The HTTPS web based management console will be moved to
this port in the future to facilitate NAT based access to HTTPs on a
DMZ host.
