Explanation:
This update installs a new version
(2.3.2-1) of
the P3Scan package. This package transparently scans all POP3 traffic (inbound email) for viruses. This update does not fix any known problems in operation for a normally configured Phalanx. This update provides better handling of virus infected email messages and provides for future enhancement to allow similar scanning for all SMTP (outbound email) messages for those clients employing insecure mail servers.
